The Nobe 100 GT is a great-looking electric car, and we would love to see it become road worthy enough to succeed. We have no desire to make Nobe Cars fail, but if they're heading for failure, they'll get there plenty fast without our help. Having given up our money for lost, we want to provide information that will assure no one else loses their money in this venture.
The Commercial Register associates Muljar with 11 legal entities, eight of which have been deleted or compulsorily terminated, mostly due to non-submission of data or debt claims.

This ERR article and interview on the Nobe electric car exposes a history of having nothing to show for it when people give Roman Muljar their money.
News reports of Nobe’s ongoing financial difficulties, along with the nature and timing of the fire that destroyed their factory, equipment, and vehicles, led to many online comments suggesting that the fire may have been set deliberately. Roman Muljar, Nobe's CEO, offers the justification that because Nobe did not directly receive insurance payments —because he failed to insure the business— that Nobe could not have benefited from the fire, deflecting attention from the multiple other common motivations for, and benefits from, fires that are started intentionally.
Many news articles tied the financial difficulties into their reporting on the fire itself, which raises a number of questions about: its origin, what was actually in the building when the blaze started, if some of the building's contents mysteriously survived to reappear elsewhere, and how it was that a move to another facility was in the works before the fire even started.
One reporter made note of Meelis Merilo appearing to show little concern over the fire, telling him that Nobe had already been preparing to move into a new facility anyway. The loss of the only existing prototypes did not trouble him much, as he said the timing came at a point where Nobe "was planning to develop a third prototype anyway which... is much better than the previous cars." (That prototype, however, later was shown to be even less functional than the original was purported to be.)
The reporter presented that Merilo (perhaps concerned how Nobe's planned move might be construed as possible motive) then felt the
"emphasize that he... does not actively participate in the company's work on a daily basis." Merilo's desire to now appear to not be connected to the company is unsettling as he is listed in Nobe's own documents as "Founder and Head of Engineering."
Articles on the web reveal little about investigation into the fire, and no followup after the initial news reports. Looking for unbiased insight into unanswered questions, investors turned to a professional fire investigator with extensive experience. His examination of photographs, news reports, and the questions raised and anomalies found by investors, resulted in his observations about the fire and its investigation in Estonia, along with areas where further investigation could be warranted.

Watch this four-year-old's toy outperform the Nobe 100GT. Nobe posted a video they tried to pass off as drifting on LinkedIn. But there is no drifting here, just a slow-moving car dragging a seized rear tire around on a polished, high-gloss, interior floor.

Nobe has the nickname "Euro Elio", but Nobe brings to mind a bigger three-wheeled disaster that promised big and delivered nothing: The Dale.
